VISION #1: Write Your Visions Blog Gets Random House Book Deal for $375,000

The idea for Write Your Visions came to me when I was listening to the New Testament CD version I have of Inspired by . . . the Bible Experience (but I want that complete Bible version, too) and they came to the part near Jesus’ death.

His torturers were giving him gross bile and vinegar-tinged stuff to drink, and the Lord refused it.

Christ asked them:

Do you think I cannot call on my Father, and he will at once put at my disposal more than twelve legions of angels? But how then would the Scriptures be fulfilled that say it must happen in this way?” (Matthew 26:53-54)

That got me to thinking that He had to walk out what was already written down for Him.

And what if I wrote down the positive things I want to happen in my life?

So hear goes…

Knowing God is not some kind of trick-pony that I can manipulate…

…but that He did knit me together in my mother’s womb…

…and He knows the good plans He has in store for me…

…and He is the Author and Finisher of my life…

…and this “Write The Vision!” has been taped to my computer monitor for about two years now…

…and He showed me that Visions card tacked on my in-laws kitchen for a place on East 87th Street in Chicago with a pic of a woman who looked so much like me that I stared at it for minutes…

…that my Noel Gourdin website that the Holy Spirit led me to create last summer before many people had heard of him is now blowing up big time, along with Gourdin himself…

…all of this is showing me something good is in the air.
